Second Session Recap
Creature of doom and death!
Most of the session was taken up by the fight with the strange evil outsider with a beard. Luckily, the beast was defeated. Several pouches of gold (in high quantities), were discovered, and seemingly empty pouch, as well. After the battle, the adventurers met with the druids of the city. The feather was used to scry on the creature from which it came. A nebulous image of a man appeared, and in a flash of black and purple, disappeared. Powerful anti-scrying magic seems to be protecting the man's identity.
non-healing wound - Solved? The creature inflicted non-healing wounds, just like on the victim.
feather - From a raven? A mage's familiar?
black and purple swatch of cloth - ? No new information.
evil aura - ? No new information.

Session 1 Summary
The PCs all woke up bound, gagged and covered in blood. Sir Leonzio and Lady Norina explained that a murder had been committed and that the PCs were the primary suspects, as they had been discovered in the room with the victim. The PCs have been Quested to investigate the murder and clear their names in the next 11 days, or be convicted of the crime themselves. So far, the PCs have gathered limited clues from the room. Some of the PCs have decided to go see the Druidic community to the northeast of the city due to the raven feathers discovered in the room. Added to the urgency of their quest is the impending seige of the city by an undead horde.
Sir Leonzio - Priest of Heironeous
Lady Norina - High Priestess of Heironeous
Silvana - Murder victim; successor to Lady Norina
Captain of the Guard
Raven feathers - arcane caster's familiar? assassin's trained distraction?
Piece of cloth, purple/black silk with embroidered design - from a cloak? what does the rest of the design look like?
Profusion of blood indicates lack of clotting - disease? poison? enchanted weaponry?
Evil taint in room
Will our heroes be able to piece it all together in just 11 days? What other clues have yet to be discovered?
(So I'm a little melodramatic - deal with it! =P)
Edit: PCs! Post your descriptions, etc. (Per Aerinity's suggestion - good idea!)
Ok, here are some resources you can use if you don't have your own at home.
For Corebook (PHB, DMG, Monster Manual) information, online die roller, etc. -http://www.d20srd.org/
CrystalKeep has all sorts of alternative rules and expansions -http://www.crystalkeep.com/d20/index.php
Remember that the game is restricted to Corebooks and the Complete Adventurer, Complete Warrior, Complete Divine, and Complete Arcane, without specific approval. The site maintains sourcebook information, so doublecheck.
Post your character sheet online -http://www.thetangledweb.net/home/
I'd like it if everyone could post his/her sheet online - it'd be a real help to me. Once you register, you'll be able to post it, and if it's public, just send me the link, and I can see it.
OpenRPG, if you need to reload the program -http://www.gaiaonline.com/gaia/redirect.php?r=http://www.openrpg.com%2F
The browser we use is OpenRPG Veav I, the room is Silver Moon.
This will be updated as needed. ^_^
